A surgeon's checklist, applied to the market.
Dark Pools Trading was started by Anthony, a foot-and-ankle podiatric surgeon finishing his residency at a teaching hospital in Los Angeles, with a private practice on the way in Burbank. He is also, on the same days, the founder of a small daytrading LLC and has traded SPY options for the last three years.
He started trading the way most professionals do: late at night, with a tab open next to a residency program, hoping a chart could explain itself. It could not. The thing that finally worked was the thing he already knew how to do — work from a checklist, run a procedure the same way every time, and trust the steps over the feeling in the room.
The trader I want to be on Friday is the trader who scrubbed in on Monday.
Dark Pools Trading is built for the same kind of person — the physician, the attorney, the engineer, the founder. Busy professionals who don't need a louder feed. They need a process they can run before the open, a small set of rules they actually follow, and a community of people doing the same work on the same chart.
The free Discord is the front door. The premium Skool community is where members do the real work — the checklist, the journal, the weekly review. Both are run by Anthony, in plain language, with no urgency, no screenshots of yesterday's win, and no promises about tomorrow.
